1. Creative reaction lab

I took Creative Reaction Lab's How Traditional Design Thinking Protects White Supremacy webinar, and I'll tell you it was one of the best webinars I've ever experienced. I took away so many great resources and thoughts on how to be a better design leader by really understanding how white supremacy shows up in design thinking. I would highly recommend this to any design leader or manager. There are tools like language setting that I have already started to apply to the way I talk with peers.

2. The Conscious Creative

If you're looking for a great read the The Conscious Creative is one you should add to your list. Kelly lays the groundwork for not only why but how creatives can apply ethics to their practice.  This is essential reading for every person wanting to build a more thoughtful practice and a must-have for any designers, artists, and creative leaders.
